Revolutionizing Labis.io’s CI/CD Pipeline with AI: A Product Manager’s Journey
At Labis.io, we pride ourselves on innovation, but even the most forward-thinking teams can face challenges when scaling operations to meet industry demands. As part of the team spearheading the development of a HIPAA-compliant Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, I had the opportunity to contribute as a Product Manager and Analyst, helping transform how we approached deployments, testing, and compliance in our Laboratory Information System (LIS).
This journey wasn’t just about implementing tools—it was about understanding the needs of cross-functional teams, identifying gaps, and weaving AI into our operations to create a pipeline that could scale seamlessly while ensuring absolute regulatory adherence.
